Marijuana case gets Dothan man 20 years
A Dothan man charged with trafficking about $40,000 worth of marijuana received a 20-year prison sentence Monday.
Assistant Houston County District Attorney David Holmes said Richard Durr, 34, of Randolf Street pleaded guilty to the reduced charges of felony first-degree possession of marijuana and felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
