Local Eagle Scouts honored at Birmingham ceremony

The Greater Alabama Council of the Boy Scouts of America recently honored three local Eagle Scouts at a reception and ceremony held in Birmingham. The Eagle Scouts were awarded the Eagle Scout pin in recognition of their completion of their Eagle project and attaining their Eagle ranks. Recipients of the awards were, left to right, Gregory Heathcock, Tyler Mitchell and Will Milner. Heathcock attends Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School and Mitchell and Milner attend Faith Christian Academy. Heathcock is son of Ted and Elizabeth-Anne Heathcock. Mitchell is the son of Brent and Amy Mitchell. Milner is the son of Gary and Lark Milner. The Eagle Scouts are members of Boy Scout Troop 4009 sponsored by St. Mark United Methodist Church in Golden Springs.
