• Preview/registration for a support ministry to aid in recovery of divorce, separation or loss of a loved one due to death. Classes will begin April 24 at 6:30 p.m. and run for 13 weeks, Hill Crest Baptist Church. The cost is $15 for the course workbook. April 20

• Huge indoor fundraiser yard sale, 7 a.m.-1 p.m., Harvest Church of God, Family Life Center, 520 Golden Springs Road. Serving breakfast and lunch, proceeds go to Lynch Family missionaries in Ecuador.

April 27

April 28

• The 11th annual pastor’s appreciation day, 3 p.m., Rocky Mount Baptist Church, 100 Rocky Mount Road, Oxford. Senior pastor is the Rev. Stevie Houston and Elect Lady Joyce Houston, keynote speaker will be James Curry of Faith Temple in Talladega.
