Ryan Robertson and Family were our special guest singers during our song service. It was a blessing to hear them sing hymns and songs of praise to God.
Brother Jay Daniel brought the message today from 2 Kings, chapter 20. King Hezekiah cried and prayed to the Lord to let him live after he was told he would die soon. God heard his prayer and told him he would live another fifteen years. Just as it was then, so it is today. God wants to hear our prayers and see our tears. We may not think God is listening some times, but when you come to the Lord humbly, with a broken heart and contrite spirit, know that He will hear you and answer you in His time. When things don’t seem to go right, turn to Jesus and let Him ease your burden.
Many thanks to all the members who cleaned and cooked so we could have a great Homecoming and a delicious fellowship lunch after the service.
Please pray for: Gladys Baughn, Charlotte Engrisch, Jennifer Hulsey, the family of Ruby Boyd, Chelsea Pollard, our church, its members, and anyone else God wants you to pray for. email@example.com
