Connie DuBois Morgan, general manager of Jack’s in Piedmont for 10 years, has been named manager of Jack’s in Jacksonville.

Jack’s area manager Todd Hart said that Morgan is “capable. She loves working with the community. She gets involved with the schools and is an excellent trainer and has a good knowledge of business.”

Morgan said that Jack’s is known for being a friendly, family restaurant and she wants to help continue that tradition. She and her husband, Freddie, have four children -- Erica, Emily, Josh and Joseph, and one grandchild, Cameron.

Morgan first worked at Jack’s when she was 16 and a student at Piedmont High School. She worked her way up to shift leader before marrying and moving away. She is a member of Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church in Piedmont.

Kane Hollis is now Jack’s manager in Piedmont.

Jack’s parent company is Jack’s Family Restaurant.
