Trials in the past have ignited outbreaks of protest and disgust. The George Zimmerman one is the latest. It seems never ending. Nancy Grace, Dr. Drew and others are fueling it.

The case smells of racism starting from the five white female jurors. Zimmerman seemed to have started the whole drama when he, against the advice of law enforcement, followed Trayvon Martin, which shortly after sparked the fight between them. Zimmerman’s broken nose and bloody scars on the back of his head seem to prove that he was attacked. But did that give him the right to shoot the unarmed teenager?

The whole scenario looks very controversial. If this had been an all-black jury, would he have walked free? Citizens are outraged everywhere with protest marches by the thousands screaming out for justice. The “Stand Your Ground” law has become shaky.

Many are asking: Is there any justice anymore in this country? Maybe some judges ought to be replaced and jurors to be selected more carefully. Zimmerman, like Casey Anthony, will have to endure a life in hiding.
