TUSCALOOSA -- Alabama hit the practice field in full pads on Tuesday to continue preparations for Arkansas.

Here are some takeaways:

--Center Ryan Kelly (knee) split first team reps with Chad Lindsay. There's no word on if Kelly will play on Saturday, but the coaches appear to be working him back into the rotation.

--Outside linebacker Denzell Devall didn't practice with a brace on his left knee, but wore protective padding. Devall wasn't limited, but did limp around a bit between drills.

--True freshman Grant Hill continues to work with the second offensive line group at right tackle. Hill has split time with starter Austin Shepherd in the past two game.

--Safety HaHa Clinton-Dix continues to work with Saban's group of defensive backs.

Up next: Left guard Arie Kouandjio and safety Jarrick Williams are scheduled to speak with reporters following practice.
