Alabama practice report: RB Alvin Kamara returns after week off for 'behavioral reasons'

TUSCALOOSA -- Alabama hit the practice field in shoulder pads and shorts to began working on its gameplan for Mississippi State. Here are some takeaways: --True freshman running back Alvin Kamara was with the team. Kamara missed last week for what Tide coach Nick Saban called "behavioral reasons."
--All of the freshmen running backs continued to work with the scout team. Kamara and Tyren Jones wore No. 27, which belongs to Mississippi State running back LaDarius Perkins. Altee Tenpenny and Derrick Henry both wore No. 34, which belongs to Bulldog tailback Josh Robinson.
--Cornerback Bradley Sylve (ankle) continued to practice. Saban said once Sylve is healthy, he and Cyrus Jones will compete for the No. 2 corner spot.
--Defensive end LaMichael Fanning was not seen at practice. He remains suspended.
--A few popular defensive scout team numbers: No. 1 (DB Nickoe Whitley), No. 5 (DB Jamerson Love), No. 11 (LB Deontae Skinner), No. 22 (LB Matthew Wells), No. 26 (DB Kendrick Market), No. 50 (LB Benardrick McKinney), No. 91 (DL Preston Smith), and No. 93 (DL P.J. Jones).
Select players will address reporters following Tuesday's practice. Saban will speak again following Wednesday's practice.
