The Jacksonville State University Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Administration, and the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce will offer one-on-one counseling for prospective and existing small business owners at no charge Dec. 17 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the chamber office.
