A flowing practice that builds on the basics of hatha yoga.
The postures experienced in combination with breathwork contribute a deeper sense of self awareness. All classes are 30-40 min in length and include an asana (posture) sequence, and a final relaxation. Meditation and breathwork are also practiced. Early Bird Price $25 paid by August 15th
