Albertville has burglaries, looting problem after storm

There is zero tolerance for violation of a curfew in effect in Albertville, police spokesman Sgt. Jamie Smith said.

The curfew, from 8 p.m. until sunrise, has been in effect since a tornado struck in Albertville Saturday night. Since soon after the tornado struck, there have been several reports of burglaries and looting, especially at businesses affected by the storm, Smith said.
