We’ve known Joel since he was a teen. The Russell families were a part of the development of Golden Springs becoming one of the best places to raise a family in Anniston. His dad owned and ran a garage-and-parts business on South Noble. Joel helped his dad as a youth and took over the business after his dad’s retirement.
