The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Peggy Wilborn of Cullman and Willard and Joyce Dulaney of Eastaboga.
Miss Dulaney is a graduate of Cullman High School and the University of North Alabama. She is employed by Cullman Obstetrics and Gynecology and attends the University of Alabama at Birmingham for post-baccalaureate education.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Betty Jacks of Cropwell and the late Wayne Jacks and Anita Brannon of Riverside.
Mr. Jacks is a graduate of Pell City High School and the University of North Alabama. He is employed by Benton and Centeno Law Firm and attends Birmingham School of Law.
The wedding will be Jan. 12, 2013, at 4 p.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Protestant Church in Cullman.
