Ohatchee Blueberry Farm

Blueberries are ripe for the picking at Ohatchee Blueberry Farm, owned by Katie and Mike Stuckey. The farm has been in business for 26 years; “we have repeat customers from as far away as Birmingham,” said Katie Stuckey.

Pick-your-own blueberries are $7 a gallon. “We haven’t raised our prices in 10 years,” Katie said.

They work to keep the farm child-friendly, and also sell honey from hives on the property.

They’re open 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday.

Ohatchee Blueberry Farm, 1161 Ingram Wells Road (just off Highway 144, between Alexandria and Ohatchee), 256-892-0830.
