It just assumed by his actions that he was black. Just as I took him at his word that he is Christian. I could be wrong. He could be Muslim. But now that I am not sure what he is, what about the question. Let’s say for the sake of argument that he is not a racist. Was  his statement stupid and he just got mixed up as to who was stupid when he was throwing the stupid word out there? Maybe his teleprompter was broken again. Or maybe Biden wrote his answers. No, Biden has more sense than that.
