New officers announced for UDC

Chapter officers for 2012-2014 were recently installed in the General William H. Forney UDC chapter. Alabama division treasurer and John H. Forney district director Carolyn Parrish of Gadsden presided over the service. The new officers are Helen Johnson of Anniston, president/treasurer; Ruth Sexton of Weaver, vice-president; Sherrell Cleino of Heflin, second vice-president; Suretta Blair of Anniston, recording/corresponding secretary; Betty Fraser of Oxford, historian; Sonja Randle of Weaver, registrar/parliamentarian; Joyce LaTaste of Oxford, recorder of military service awards; and Linda Howard of Oxford, chaplain.
