Tom Young is a team player. Tom has served as board president and is currently serving as board vice president. He is quick to tell people that any decision the board makes is a team decision. A good example is the vote the board made to put music programs back in our schools.
That is a vote Tom is very proud of, but he will tell you it was a group decision. We need to keep this kind of humbleness and integrity a part of our education system. We need to re-elect Tom Young to the Calhoun County Board of Education.
