Female guards are physically and mentally capable of being able to navigate any circumstance that may arise from daily activities at the prison.
The entire Tutwiler campus should be staffed by females. The warden should be female and every employee should be female.
Due to human nature, there may be instances of harassment, both physical and sexual, but I’m sure of one problem that would be totally eliminated, and that is impregnation.
