The attorney general states, based on Judge Vance’s ruling, there is no reasonable argument the so-called electronic bingo machines are legal in the state of Alabama. In reading the ruling, nowhere in the judge’s order does he use the term illegal or slot machines.
The attorney general leads us to believe because the manufacturers of the machines asked for a dismissal of this case they were admitting their machines were illegal slot machines. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Judge Vance declined to rule on the legality of the machines, and he declined to extend his ruling to any other case in the state. It appears Strange has twisted the judge’s ruling to fit his own personal agenda.
