A special committee, formed by YWTSA Inc., (Youth Working Together for a “Speedy” Awareness Inc.), met in August at the Jacksonville Community Center to generate ideas and support from the community and surrounding areas. The group is a non-profit public service organization formed to motivate, train and empower youth by building self-esteem through real life experiences that will increase educational and problem solving skills needed to make informed decisions.
