Alabama defensive line coach headed to Texas (reports)

TUSCALOOSA -- Alabama defensive line coach Chris Rumph has accepted the same position at Texas, according to multiple online reports.

Rumph joined the Crimson Tide in 2011 and is considered one of the Tide’s top recruiters. Before joining the Tide, he spent five years as the defensive ends coach at Clemson.

Rumph, 42, made a salary of $360,000 in 2013.
