Clerical error leads to release from jail
The Birmingham News reports that a man charged with attempted murder was mistakingly released from jail.
Tyree Walker, 21, was apprehended Saturday morning after being released early Friday morning.
A clerical error allowed Walker to be released from the Jefferson County Jail despite the fact that he was being held without bond, Jefferson County District Attorney Brandon Falls said.
