Court reporter arrested for theft
A court reporter in Madison County Circuit Court has been arrested on four counts of second-degree theft of property and five counts of interfering with judicial proceedings.
Shawn Graham, a court reporter under Madison County District Judge Dennis O'Dell and recently retired Judge Loyd Little, was arrested on April 22 for "inappropriate activity regarding the circuit court's evidence room," said Madison County Sheriff's Investigator Chad Brooks.
