Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley will continue pre­paring for trial from behind the bars of a jail cell now that a fed­eral judge has revoked his bond.

After a daylong hearing Mon­day filled with revelations from recently convicted lobbyist Jar­rod Massey and the first public airing of a handful of the record­ed conversations at the heart of government's case, U.S. Magis­trate Judge Terry Moorer ruled that Gilley had violated the con­ditions of his bond.
