Bama Dogs, a restaurant on Tuscaloosa's strip, is changing its name. But, the new name is raising some eyebrows. Owner Shay Dawkins has named his new restaurant Horny's Bar and Grill. "My partner, he came up with the name. He had the idea of going to Texas and having the two longhorns up under the sign and calling a place called Horny's and we just kind of incorporated it here and thought we could put elephant tusks and play off the New Orleans theme. Our main goal is to bring that New Orleans happy atmosphere to Tuscaloosa," says Dawkins.

But Horny has another lusty meaning too. We spoke with one person who says it shouldn't be used. Khalil Tamraz says, "I just don't like to see no place using, I wanna call it bad names. Bars, restaurant, or stores."
