Woman slips cuffs, escapes custody in Gadsden Municipal Court

A woman escaped Tuesday afternoon from Gadsden Municipal Court after a judge tacked on five days to her sentence for lying about drug use.

Police are looking for Tammi Sauls Morrison, 32, who slipped out of handcuffs and ran out of the courtroom at Gadsden City Hall, Gadsden Police Capt. Regina May said.
