I heard yesterday that the Parkway is going to end at Alabama 21 instead of U.S. 431. I question whether the objective of the Parkway will be met if this is true. If memory serves correct, the objective was to get traffic off Quintard. If you are familiar with the 21/431 interchange, I think you can see that if the Parway ends on 21, then the 431 traffic will not be able to merge onto the Parkway. I would think this will not help aleviate the congestion on Quintard. What do you think?
