City Hall Chaos
Tuesday night's council meeting ends in chaos as Mayor Gene Robinson and Councilman John Spain leave while Councilman Herbert Palmore speaks. Spain and Robinson each claim that they were assaulted by the other in a hallway just off the council chamber. Before the alleged altercation, Spain had been speaking about decorum in the meetings.
