Boy Scout Troop 4009, of St. Mark UMC, Golden Springs, held an Eagle Court of Honor at Camp Lee on Nov. 4. There were more than 100 guests to witness the ceremony to honor Eagle Scouts Richard Bateman, Adam Lockridge and Tyler Flegel. In addition to the Eagle Rank Insignia and certifications, the Eagle Scouts were presented Calhoun County Commission proclamations and had U.S. flags dedicated to their names. The honored Eagles were accompanied by family, friends and fellow scouts in a reception held after the ceremony.
