David Neisler of Jacksonville was recently appointed as a member of the board of directors of Farmers & Merchants Bank in Piedmont. He and his wife Merry are the owners of Deck Food Inc., which owns five McDonald’s restaurant franchises in Jacksonville, Piedmont, Roanoke, Ashland and Heflin.
