Heading into his second year as Oxford’s boys soccer coach, Dwight McDonald wanted a commitment from within the program. After the Yellow Jackets finished the 2012 season with an 11-12 record, McDonald started conditioning workouts in November, rather than the standard protocol of beginning in January.
