The Kiwanis Club of Anniston has partnered with the United Way of East Central Alabama and Winn Dixie stores with a “Feed the Hungry” event during the holidays. The partnership makes it easy for store customers to buy either $5 or $10 bags of food during checkout and contribute to those in need. Purchased bags are then donated to local food banks to help accommodate the increased service demand during the holiday season.
