A press release from the Anniston Police Department said officers responded to a shooting call at a home on East 22nd Street. Sgt. Josh Doggrell said the shooting took place between 10 and 10:30 p.m. No arrests have been made.
One victim, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Doggrell said due to the ongoing investigation he was unable to release more details about the incident, but said anyone with information should call 256-240-4000.
