There is talk about cutting back on benefits, Medicare and other areas because we don’t have the money. Let’s start at the top and come down — with the president and Congress. Do away with the pleasure trips. Downsize their offices in Washington and home states. They don’t need lobbyists to tell them what to do or how to do it; if the ones voted in don’t have the sense to make a right decision, send them home.
They need to have two terms in office, not for life. They have money enough to live on for life. And quit wasting the taxpayers’ money. We need the tax plan Neal Boortz talks about — fair tax. The whole system would be made better.
