Corey and Billie Jo Burns are proud to announce the arrival of Bailey Elizabeth Burns, who was born at 8:11 p.m. Feb. 21, 2012, at Regional Medical Center.

Bailey weighed 9 pounds and 8 ounces and was 21 inches at birth.

Grandparents of the baby are Wade and Janet Sprouse of Goshen and Billy and Brenda Burns of Nances Creek.
