Cheaha Creative Arts would like to thank The Anniston Star and writer Brett Buckner, Chad Goss, Brent Smith of Crimson Tiger, and bands Jerolyn, Secondhand Jones, Wa Wa Wa, The Polar Grizzlies, Drexel and Sensemakesdollars for participating in the “Rock is Art Fundraiser” at the Crimson Tiger on March 30. The proceeds went to the after-school fine-arts program housed at the historic Gov. Thomas E. Kilby house in Anniston.

The hard work that went into this fundraiser was the key to its success. The financial support will assist payment of instructor fees and any additional materials needed for the program. When we have committed residents who believe and want to see positive changes in the Anniston community, it makes the difference in the success of CCA. Thank you again for your generous support to Cheaha Creative Arts.
