The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Herman and Dora Ann Law, formerly of Centre, and the late Hilton and Sarah Noah, formerly of Jacksonville.
Miss Noah is a graduate of Cherokee County High School and Jacksonville State University. She is employed by Gadsden State Community College.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Harry and Joan Bright of Snellville, Ga., and the late J.B. and Elizabeth Rogers, formerly of Piedmont.
Mr. Bright is a graduate of Cherokee County High School and Gadsden State Community College. He is employed by Anniston Army Depot as a welder.
The wedding will be at 6 p.m. May 5 at Union No. 3 Baptist Church in Gadsden.
