Mr. and Mrs. Mark McIntosh (Maricel) of Bessemer and Mr. and Mrs. Byron Durham (Lisa) of Anniston announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrianne Nicole McIntosh, to Benjamin Clay Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Brown (Debora) of Carrollton, Ala.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Dianne McIntosh of Lakeland, Fla.; Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Skinner (Agnes) of Hot Springs Village, Ark., formerly of Oxford; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Smith (Martha) of Eastaboga; and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Durham (Linda) of Ashland; and the great-granddaughter of Mr. William E. Dabbs of Eastaboga.

Miss McIntosh is a senior at Jacksonville State University and is employed by Winn Dixie, Elwood Staffing (Honda) and The Wren’s Nest Art Gallery.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Reece (Alice), of Carrollton, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Brown (Kathryn) of Northport.

Mr. Brown is a student at Jacksonville State University and is employed by Longhorn Steakhouse in Oxford.

The wedding will be May 26 at Craig Memorial United Methodist Church in Eastaboga.
