Jeff Clendenning has worked to develop a plan to meet the city’s financial challenges. He’s been willing to face criticism and has acted in a courageous and statesmanlike manner. Mike Warren has worked to maintain transportation for our physically challenged residents and quality recreation facilities for our children.
Ellen Cole has been in the forefront to establish a city welcome center. She has also dealt with issues such as maintaining city cleanliness and providing for the special clothing/equipment needs of public works personnel. Sheila Field has continued to be the council’s financial watchdog, keeping a close eye on spending to ensure that every penny is used effectively. Odis Pippin also has been involved in meeting the city’s financial challenges. He has developed contacts with public officials in other communities to learn how to better meet our community’s needs.
It’s good to know they are committed to making our city a better place to live. Please consider them for re-election.
