“R U Kiddn Me?” There were five people killed in Alabama last year from texting while driving and the Alabama Legislature passes a law banning texting while driving. However, it has been reported that 800 people died last year from second-hand smoke in Alabama, and the Legislature won’t pass a law banning smoking in or near public places.

Whose interests is the Legislature really looking out for? Are you kidding me?
