We’re launching a new feature here in the Food section, called “Recipe Swap.” Each month, we’ll feature recipes from our readers, and give away a cookbook to one lucky winner! For our July contest, send us your favorite recipes using yellow squash or zucchini. We’ll pick one entry at random to win a copy of “Kitchen Keepers,” the newest cookbook by Prudence Hilburn.
