Re “50 days to decide our future” (Phillip Tutor column, July 13):
I read with interest what Star Commentary Editor Phillip Tutor wrote in regard to our voting for mayor and other elected officials. He said that the bottom line on elections was about the voter. Who should represent the voter? What type person do you want leading the city for the next four years? Those are all important questions.
And the most important of all, will you show up?
We have an excellent candidate for Anniston mayor in Ann Welch. Show up and vote. Let us get her elected.
