I first met Reddick through the NAACP on a case I was going through. I was expecting a radical old man who would go and protest City Hall, but he is an intelligent, energetic person who is full of knowledge and compassion. He listened to my situation and began to explain to me what was going on and walked me through the process. He even served as a middleman with my attorney and showed up on my court date. The charges were dropped, and because of Reddick’s cool-headedness and insight, I didn’t feel abandoned by a system that I didn’t understand.
We need to have someone like this leading our city to a brighter tomorrow. Reddick will be a voice to the voiceless of Anniston’s citizenship.
