Why? Because I know Foster Marshall is a man with dignity and class, with no agenda other than upholding the Constitution and the laws of the state of Alabama. My case would be decided in a fair and impartial way. I’d be scared if I was a criminal defendant because I’d know that Judge Marshall’s experience as a prosecutor would ensure that I wouldn’t get off lightly. If I were a victim, I would know that he would ensure that my rights had the highest priority.
I’m going to vote for Foster Marshall because I know that he is the best man for the job of circuit judge, Place 1, for Calhoun and Cleburne counties.
