In a letter to Speak Out, the writer states, and I quote, “Obama was ordained by God at his conception to become president of these United States, and there is no power that can stop the will of God. That includes the Tea Party.”
I agree that there is no power that can stop the will of God, but I have trouble with the “ordained” part. I know God uses people — mostly for good but sometimes for bad — to accomplish the plan He has for us. As an example, Judas Iscariot. I don’t know of him being ordained by God, but used, yes he was. God’s hand is still on the button. If we believe in Jesus, it will all end as He planned, no matter who He uses.
