The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Curtis Hood of Gadsden and the late Maryann Cavender Hood and Tom and Jane Nichols of Gadsden.
Miss Nichols is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College (undergraduate) and the University of Alabama (graduate). She is employed by Birmingham-Southern College.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Albert and Leona Charbonneau and the late William and Alice Gadoury, all formerly of West Warwick, R.I.
Lt. Gadoury is a 2006 graduate of West Warwick High School and a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is employed by the U.S. Air Force.
The wedding will be Jan. 26, 2013, at the Alabama Theatre.
