• Watched two episodes of “Battlestar Galactica.”
• Picked up children from school on time; daughter asked if I’d been in my pajamas all day. “These are not pajamas,” I retorted. “They are sweatpants.” And yes, I’d been in them all day.
• Discovered two bags of cranberries in back of fridge. Made cranberry-orange bread I had intended to make for Christmas.
• Cooked dinner! Scrambled eggs!
While clearing dinner dishes, daughter asked, “So what do you do at home all day now?”

Daughter continued: “Last time you were home all the time, I remember you doing laundry and dishes.”
And I’m lovin’ every minute of it.
