NARFE installs new officers

Chapter 1511, National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) installed new officers in January for 2013. The new officers included left to right, Mary Snyder, service officer; Sandra Gaddy, secretary; Jim Williams, president; Beverly Williams, second vice-president/programs; Joyce Smith, first vice-president/membership and Tom Smith, legislative officer. Frank Miller, treasurer, was not pictured.
