According to a police report, the incident occurred between 9:30 p.m. Saturday and 5 a.m. Sunday at a bar on the 1200 block of West 10th Street. The report states the victim is a 24-year-old woman.
Sgt. Chris Sparks said he could not provide details regarding the incident and it is still under investigation.
Sparks said the victim received treatment at Regional Medical Center and that police are looking into leads.
