Lt. Fred Forsythe said police were called to the scene at Barber Terrace Apartments around 9 a.m. after a fight escalated to a shooting.
“The victim was not completely cooperative with officers,” Forsythe said. “We’ll investigate further after he’s received medical treatment.”
